The stage is set, and we are thrilled to welcome you to the sold-out Heritage Only Live Auction. To ensure your evening is seamless and memorable, we have outlined everything you need to know below.
ATTENDING THE EVENT
Entry: Please present your Eventbrite confirmation email upon arrival. As the auction is fully sold out, entry is strictly limited to registered ticket holders. Unfortunately, no access can be granted without a valid ticket.
In-Person Bidder Registration: Registration opens at 6:30 PM in the main foyer. Please bring your physical Australian driver’s licence for verification — digital IDs cannot be accepted.
Auction Start: The auction will commence promptly at 7:30 PM AEST, with the live online stream beginning simultaneously. Access the stream via the link below.
Buyer’s Premium: A 4.9% Buyer’s Premium (incl. GST) applies to all purchases.
Buyers’ Lounge Access: Winning bidders from the last auction (18 February) and tonight’s auction are invited to the Heritage Only Buyers’ Lounge in the Grand Ballroom, where premium cocktails, spirits, and canapés will be served throughout the evening.
Winning Bidders: A 10% deposit is required at the fall of the hammer, with the balance and Buyer’s Premium due within two business days. Deposits must be finalised in the Buyers’ Lounge after the Lot concludes. If a deposit is not settled, further bidding will be temporarily suspended until payment is made.
Payment: Deposits may be made by all major credit cards (1.75% surcharge applies) or by direct transfer to our Settlement Account (no surcharge). Invoices will be issued at the conclusion of the auction.
Bidding Paddles: Please return your paddle to the front registration desk upon departure.
Photography & Filming: The evening will be photographed and filmed.

ONLINE BIDDING
Access: Click ‘Online Bidder Login’ to enter your bidding portal, where all registered Lots will appear. We recommend logging in ahead of time to familiarise yourself with the platform.
When to Bid: Online bidding for Lot 1 begins at 7:30 PM AEST, with each subsequent Lot opening immediately after the previous concludes. Please note that you will need to switch between your registered Lots in order to place your bids.
Buyer’s Premium: A 4.9% Buyer’s Premium (incl. GST) applies to all purchases.
Winning Bidders: Once a Lot has sold, a Heritage Only representative will contact you via your registered mobile number. A 10% deposit is required immediately at the fall of the hammer, with the balance and Buyer’s Premium due within two business days. Deposits can be conveniently processed over the phone. Please note: if a deposit is not received, your online bidding account will be temporarily paused until settlement is made.
Payment: Deposits may be paid using all major credit cards (1.75% surcharge applies) or via direct transfer to our Settlement Account (no surcharge). Proof of transfer should be sent to info@heritageonly.com.au. Invoices will be issued at the conclusion of the auction.
