ATTENDING THE EVENT
Please review the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable evening:
- Entry: Please have your Eventbrite ticket email confirmation ready for staff upon arrival. As the event is sold out, entry is strictly limited to ticket holders.
- In-Person Bidder Registration: Registration opens at 7 PM in the main foyer. Please bring a physical Australian driver’s license for registration—no exceptions.
- Auction Start: The auction will commence promptly at 8 PM, along with the online stream. You may access the stream by clicking the provided link.
- Buyer’s Premium: A 4.9% Buyer’s Premium (incl. GST) will be added to the final sale price.
- Exclusive Access: Winning bidders will enjoy exclusive access to the Heritage Only Buyers Lounge in the Grand Ballroom, where premium drinks and canapés will be served throughout the night. An elevated seating area is also available for continued bidding on upcoming Lots.
- Winning Bidders: A 10% deposit of the final sale price is required at the fall of the hammer, with the remaining balance and Buyer’s Premium due within two business days. Deposits must be made in the Buyers Lounge following the Lot’s conclusion. If the deposit is not paid, further bidding will be temporarily paused until payment is completed.
- Payment: Deposits may be paid using all major credit cards, subject to a 1.75% surcharge, or by direct transfer to our Trust Account, which incurs no surcharge. Invoices will be issued at the conclusion of the auction.
- Bidding Paddles: Kindly return your auction paddles to the front registration desk at the conclusion of the auction.
- Photography/Filming: Please be aware that the event will be photographed and filmed.
- Social Media: If sharing your experience on social media, we invite you to tag us @heritageonly.
ONLINE BIDDING
Please review the following important details to ensure a seamless online experience:
- Bidding: Click ‘Online Bidder Login‘ to access your bidding portal, where all your registered Lots will appear. We recommend logging in before the auction to familiarise yourself with the platform.
- When to Bid: Online bidding for Lot 1 will begin at 8:00 PM. Bidding for subsequent Lots will start immediately after the previous Lot concludes.
- Buyer’s Premium: A 4.9% Buyer’s Premium (incl. GST) will be added to the final sale price.
- Winning Bidders: After the Lot has sold, a Heritage Only representative will contact you on your registered mobile number. A 10% deposit of the final sale price is required at the fall of the hammer, with the remaining balance and Buyer’s Premium due within two business days. Deposits can be conveniently made over the phone. Should the deposit remain unpaid, your online bidding account will be temporarily paused until the payment is processed.
- Payment: Deposits may be paid using all major credit cards, subject to a 1.75% surcharge, or by direct transfer to our Trust Account, which incurs no surcharge. Please send proof of payment to info@heritageonly.com.au. Invoices will be issued at the conclusion of the auction.
