- By bidding, you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions and are entering into a legally binding agreement.
- Please ensure your Credit/Debit card has sufficient funds for the Buyer’s Premium before the Auction concludes. If at the conclusion of the Auction the Buyer’s Premium transaction fails, an administrative fee of $1,000 will be added to your Buyer’s Premium.
- The Winning Bidder must pay the Purchase Price into the Heritage Only Trust Account in cleared funds no later than two (2) days following the conclusion of the Auction. An invoice will be sent to you at the conclusion of the Auction.
